At Soul Sistas Beauty Bar, we take pride in providing quality hair care products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

At this time, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased through our website.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • shampoo

  • conditioner

  • hair masks

  • hair oils

  • and all other personal care or beauty products

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.

2. No Refunds for Opened or Used Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been:

  • opened

  • used

  • tested

  • tampered with

  • damaged after delivery

Please be sure to review product details, ingredients, and usage instructions before purchasing.

3. Incorrect Orders or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or incorrect

To help us review your claim, please include:

  • clear photos of the product

  • clear photos of the packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

Please note: reporting an issue does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • shipping delays

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages

  • packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

  • orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.

5. Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
