6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Soul Sistas Beauty Bar is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

This includes delays due to:

  • holidays

  • incorrect address entry

  • carrier service interruptions

  • stolen packages after delivery

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.

If needed, you may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

8. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.

We reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any approved refund, if applicable.
